The FBI, Florida Law Enforcement, and the School District are in a perfect position. Since they all are to blame, none of them will be held accountable.
That’s why the Sheriff and is squealing so loudly. He effed up as did the Eff-Bee-Aye. All three entities are culpable. Broward School board is MUM because they voted to NOT- REPORT potential psychos and criminal kids to the sheriff’s office.
Broward Schools began conducting their own little ‘Sanctuary” program to shield their kids and to delay criminal prosecution of their violent and dangerous kids.
They have just paid the heaviest price for that progressive decision by the Broward County School Board.
Dead teachers & dead kids. They have themselves to ultimately blame.
Back in 2013, the Broward County School Board adopted a program where they don’t relay information to police about troubled students.
It’s a move away from so-called “zero tolerance” policies that require schools to refer even minor misdemeanors to the police.
Under a new program adopted by the Broward County School District, non-violent misdemeanors — even those that involve alcohol, marijuana or drug paraphernalia — will now be handled by the schools instead of the police.
Parents of the dead and injured and terrorized kids should be immediately filing lawsuits against the Broward School Board.
