Two cases recently argued before SCOTUS could narrow or expand warrantless searches

So you're saying that these two cases could either narrow or expand an already uncontitutional act? Interesting proposition.

Some searches do not require warrants....plain view searches.....consentual searches....etc.

What I find most interesting is SCOTUS may alter warrantless searches on vehicles and those alteratiina have already iccures at the state level where I reside, Washington State.

Cars are treated as homes basically in WA State.
