The kid posted does not look like Nikolas Cruz imo. The eyes are even a different color. Eyebrows a different shape.

The jury may still be out on this one. The eyes being a "different color" could be and issue of proximity and/or angle of lighting and of course quality of photos. The ears, nose and lips look very similar.
