well, I kinda think so. I knew a parent or two when I was kid who wanted to get things “straight” with a punk bully of their child.
Don’t think is was uncommon years ago—now today, we all wring our hands, “what can I do”. Sadly—call a lawyer is about all—unless ur the guy reported on here.

I can’t imagine you saying it is ok for an adult to illegally enter a school bus and threaten a seven year old kid.
