NSA has a dedicated exit from The Baltimore=Washington Parkway, usually with a heavy police/security presence. It’s pretty well known that one doesn’t want to take that exit without proper credentials. Attempts to ram the gate are and should be met with deadly force, there and at all military facilities.
A few miles down the Road, NASA Goddard Space Flight Center also has a dedicated exit. My son works there but I haven’t asked him about the level of security although I do know access is limited.

If I recall correctly, there are two exists to the NSA off the BWP, one is clearly marked as secure and restricted and the other would be for visitors only. And yes, Goddard also has a dedicated and restricted exit. For about a year while I was on a contract job, not at either of those facilities, but I traveled the BWP and passed by them every day. With the large signs and multiple warnings posted, it would be next to impossible to take either of those restricted exits by mistake.
When I worked there, decades ago, that gate was manned by armed guards.
