What difference does it make what they put on the menu? Little kids can’t read, and you can still get the cheeseburger if you ask for it. This is just meaningless pandering to the food police.
It’s a little deeper than that; this is building a defense against future lawsuits. Deep pockets, worthless people - the latter always goes after the former.
