I think this is opening a big can of worms. The general public is now fairly educated over the process and understand how it’s so slanted.
I think the Supremes will have to step in and order that you can only draw along county lines that already exist. Once you force that....the gerrymandering will dissolve away.

The districts need to have the same population. You must split counties to get it done.
It is up to the states to draw the lines, not the Supreme Court. And that’s why state legislatures matter. Wolf should be impeached for trying this garbage now.
