But looks can be deceiving. You ain't kidding. When I lived in Houston many men had photos of their wives in their offices. The photos had been produced by a company called "Glamour Shots." When I actually met their wives they looked nothing like the photos. Their looks, at least as recorded by the camera, were not just deceiving, they were out-right liars.

My daughter and I got Glamour Shots one year, and it was the first time since I had been forced to retire due to illness (CFIDS) that I looked like the me that I knew for the last 20 years. I still feel like that photo on the inside, but nothing about me on the outside is recognizable as the same person.
All that is to say, I know exactly what you mean.
