The city of San Francisco should consider handing out the San Fransisco Chronicle to the homeless to be used as poop mats. You know like Doggy mats. I hear the city has lots of poop in the streets and what better use for the SF Chronicle than that. Win/Win.
Since SanFranFreako has one of the highest exodus rates, I guess they can just throw their trash FakeNewspaper curbside and let the homies have at.
