Is this woman completely incapable of comprehending reality? Is she psychotic? Senile? Stupid? Misguided? Whatever her problem, she should not be in any position of responsibility.
She IS senile for one HOWEVER there should be something in place when someone just becomes to OLD to do their job properly there should be an age when a forced retirement is put into play!!!!
