Meant to add, I’ve never seen the Lord of the Rings. I tried to read the books but couldn’t get through them
The movies didn’t have a single black character; the last prequel in “The Hobbit” series may have one anonymous black woman in a crowd - seriously.

I also feel the same way about Avatar.
I've watched many 5-10 minute chunks of all four movies, but there is nothing compelling about them, and I just can't stick with them.
