Hillary Clinton used that same word - adjudicated - when she was interviewed a couple of months ago by a British journalist. I wish I could find the clip.
Anyway, Hillary was babbling on about how important it was to believe women who accuse men of sexual misconduct. The interviewer then rather boldly asked her if Bill’s accusers should be believed.
“That has already been adjudicated,” Hillary said.
Unfortunately, the interviewer did not follow up on that odd comment, but instead went on to a new topic.
It means that it’s been taken through the justice system. So, if you are tried for murder and found not guilty, it has been adjudicated.
