As I see it, women are attracted to powerful men by nature. The powerful men need not be attractive. It is their natural drive, because the powerful men will be the best providers for their children.
However, women in the past could cheat and get pregnant by a man with more powerful physical genes and pass off the child as the the powerful man’s offspring.
With DNA testing, this is no longer possible, barring corruption of DNA testing centers.
So then, it incentivizes women to sleep with powerful men and then accuse them of male aggression, which they wanted in the first place.
I was actually in a similar situation, and my reaction of trying to be invisible to avoid undue attention is not unusual. I was married but that made no difference.
This issue is nothing more than corruption and abuse of power and should be prosecuted as such. That would give clarity to what constitutes a crime and what does not, which would give certainty to the workplace not to mention a sense of relief to the average man who doesn’t do these things but is walking on egg-shells anyway.
As long as people continue to act as though this is something other than abuse of power and corruption, the issue will continue to lack clarity.
You seem hung up on the pregnancy thing but there have been no talk of babies throughout this whole thing which started with Uber’s fall from grace.
