That’s not the standard. No one has refuted that Hillary killed Vince Foster, either.
Her comments on the matter that make her sound like a somewhat sensible adult in the past are causing her problems with her re-election campaign, so she’s realized she needs to abandon it.
Nothing refuted, eh? Like someone being alleged to be holding meetings in a foreign country when it has been proven they were in fact not there? Absurd.
Someone needs to write up a crazy dossier on frau feinstein.

Not a single allegation in the dossier has been PROVEN. There’s no need to refute blatant lies.
Nor has any revelation in the Nunez memo, Dianne. So where does that get us?
Or the common knowledge that Feinstein accepts bribes, and sleeps with her driver.

More importantly, nothing has been confirmed.
Fist off, what she said isn’t true. Second, “hasn’t been refuted” isn’t the standard by which the veracity of any assertion or allegation is measured. The onus is always on the one making the assertion to provide proof (or even credible evidence) backing the claim.

And as John Solomon stated last night on Laura Ingraham’s program last night it will be proven very shortly that all the information that the FBI relied on in their FIA applications originated from Hillary Clinton.
