David Kernell, best known for hacking into Sarah Palin's personal Yahoo account during the 2008 presidential campaign, has died from complications of multiple sclerosis. After being sentenced to a year in prison he got his life back on track, by most accounts.
Kernell, 30, was a student at the University of Tennessee 10 years ago when he successfully guessed Palin's security answers, which allowed him to change the password and get access to the Yahoo account, the Memphis Commercial Appeal reported while confirming his death last week in California through family members.

I was thinking the same. Dead at 30 of MS would seem to be really unusual. Suicide, perhaps? Mis-diagnosis?
My son is 30. I would be devastated if he died before me, let alone at such a tender young age.
I wouldn’t wish the loss of a child on anyone. God sees such a loss as seriously hurtful, and took King David’s illegitimate child while sparing the King, who deserved death, to suffer the loss. And cursed David’s household to the bloody sword, as he later had to lose another son who was trying to eliminate his father to become king.

PP type MS has a shorter life span but in the US at any rate the mortality comes more like ten years out
