One lesson we can learn: The Kind of President we elect who appoints judges is IMPORTANT for the preservation of our freedom.

This cannot be emphasized enough.

The Donald and his people are well aware and he is packing the court expeditiously as we speak. :)

This is a state of California court. The President had nothing to do with this appointment.

If we didn't learn our lesson in 08 and 12 which allowed bammy to appoint two sorry judges we should all be ashamed.

If Trump accomplishes little else....the appointment of conservative judges was worth my voting for him.

Another lesson we MUST learn: the Judicial Branch of the government (SCOTUS) has NO power to make national law. The Constitution limits the scope SCOTUS’ power to INDIVIDUAL CASES AND CONTROVERSIES (U.S. Const, art. III, Sec. 2, Cl. 1). The ONLY branch constitutionally authorized to make nation law is the Legislative Branch - Congress (”ALL legislative powers...” art. I, sec. 1).

THAT can also not be emphasized enough.
