I think Hillary is toast and maybe obama. But gettting to the point where we see either in cuffs is going to an extremely tedious project. The case will have to be airtight and while building a criminal case there also has to be a PR case. That will have to be built brick by brick. People will have to be convinced that their actions deserve justice and that's going to take a while.
Watergate started in 1972. Nixon resigned in August 1974. In 1972 he was reelected in a landslide. People would not have stood for an attack on him in 1973...by August 1974 he had virtually no support.
Remember the worst thing would be to take ten to court and lose! They would come roaring back!
I have a suspicious feeling that very shortly Bill and Hillary are going to be thrown under the bus to protect the mocha muslim usurper...
Very good points.
It has to be built slowly, relentlessly, brick by brick. It will take months, if not years (as with Watergate).
But it’s possible we may get there.
Let's re-examine why Trump decided to run via the GOP vs setting up his own independent party. The existing infrastructure, from the smallest local unit all the way up to the national organization, is an incredibly valuable asset. And, as Trump conclusively proved, you can take over a BK (figuratively & literally) institution and re-cast it entirely in a new image. So, there's this excellent political resource sitting out there just ripe for the plucking.
The proglibs were led down a blind alley aligning with illegals. They can always recoup and begin appealing again to the center-left working class ie a big part of Trump's base. As RR proved, a dynamic, patriotic Dem can erase their sordid past, once again embrace patriotic ideals, and give the Rs a run for their money.
Right now, the wheels must be turning in the minds of the young(er) 40 somethings. Their moment is nearing in the next 6-8 years. If the proglibs stick to the path they are on, they will never achieve electoral success in their lifetimes. Once the decision is made to eject the past, then it's a mad dash to erase all vestiges of corruption and treason.
That's when the old crew is fed to the wolves.
I doubt we will ever see an ex-president indicted in our Constitutional Republic... could probably only be done by a military tribunal - which is suggestive in the extreme. Nixon did not fall on the basis of evidence as much as from public pressure; that may be the best we can hope for. Why O'bamster and the Democ🐀s didn't learn the lesson is imponderable.
