I detest Chelsea... that said, listening to a bit of the speech, it sounds like her sheep-i-ness is merely a result of speaking while extremely nervous.

She would be a dangerous carpetbagger candidate anywhere she might land, given that with more public speaking, at least their voice would improve with less nervousness, all the while their content stays rotten (or worsens).
