Alex and Daniela Velez have come to peace with the difficult choice they will need to make if Congress doesn't reach a deal for those covered by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program by its March 5 deadline: They will leave the country.
"Alex and I are both over this [DACA situation]," said Daniela, who is 24 years old. "If DACA ends, I will leave with Alex. I will close my business, leave work and school."
The Velez sisters are two of nearly 689,000 young adults who are currently protected from deportation under DACA. The Obama-era program allowed young Dreamers who were brought to the United States as children to come out from the shadows and enroll in college, obtain driver's licenses and legally secure jobs.
In September, President Trump announced he would end DACA and left it up to Congress to come up with alternative legislation. But with less than a month until that March 5 expiration date, lawmakers and the Trump administration remain at an impasse.
Should they fail to put another option in place, 915 Dreamers will lose protection from deportation each day, according to the Migration Policy Institute.

So would this be the illegal alien or visa over-stayer who brought these kids into the US?
I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to question you ICE style, I was honestly asking you what the process is. I’m glad you’re here, glad you’re legal, and so sorry that I worded my question awkwardly.
Why wait? Go now.
I believe that DACA people have work permits and some type of Social Security number.
For all the caterwauling from the left, you would think “Mexico” is Spanish for Auschwitz...
If it is so unbearable here then GTFO.
Addios!
So? They're Illegal Aliens. Leave!
Food for thought: How would Disney react to trespassers?
People choose jumping the gate at Disney (trespass) without permission to entry. Said individual brings along one or more of his/her children. Would security at Disney hesitate to toss the intruders back over the fence once detected?
The intruder avoids capture and demands the right to remain (illegally). The intruder goes on to open a business (hot dog stand) on the fairway competing against Disneys own people/businesses. Does Disney have an ounce of pity for the man and his business or does security bounce the trespasser?
After years of hiding among other authorized patrons the child ages, enjoys the facilities, accepts the many pleasures and delights. This poor child now determines being within Disney to be a right. Upon discovery, will the cries for sympathy from the child and others prevent Disney from throwing the child back over the fence?
Adding insult to injury, this illegal is now expecting the many relatives, close and distant, to be given a free pass because it is only right not to separate them from their family. And finally, is it really wrong or illegal to jump the gate at Disney in the first place if the sob story is heart wrenching enough?
The security people at Disney would be real monsters to penalize these children when it wasnt the childs fault they are in the park illegally. s/
Meriting reposting because few are aware of our actual recent amnesty history in America:

Thank Ivanka. Didn't she tell her father to support family leave programs?
Has she blamed her Parents?
If not, she should.
Ain’t my fault.
These MS13 punks are so incredibly foul, it would sicken the lions at the zoo if they chopped up the gangbangers and fed them to the big cats. Probably kill a garden if used for compost, too. Therefore, I can’t think of any earthly use for them. Can you?
Deport them all. No exceptions. Their home countries will benefit from the good ones, and we don’t need the bad ones. Restore the rule of law.
I agree. All of them should be deported.
Winning!
Good, they are illegal aliens.
They never stopped being illegal aliens, despite Obama’s attempt to help them break the law.
Remove ALL illegal aliens.
Don’t wait until they kill someone.
Some things go without saying.
Are they going to take their law-breaking parents with them?
Woohoo! Go back to your shithole country and make it NOT a shithole!
Mexico was great when they kicked all the colonizers out. Since then, not so much.
My dreams, my career, are gone.
