Yeah, but when do we get back to regular order with separate appropriation bills?
Arent bills supposed to originate in the house? This cant be legal.
If the Dems Love it ,then McConnell should roll it and stick it
did not see a wall mentioned...
I would accept the deal, but not spend all the domestic money. Trump candidates run the various depts - they should have discretion over what gets spent.
Nope, don’t see anything in there about funding for a Wall....
ROFLMAO. What you smokin' over there?
Good news bump.
Where’s the wall?
The Origination Clause (Article I, Section 7, Clause 1) of the Constitution applies only bills for raising revenue (getting more money for the federal government). This is a spending bill, so it can originate in either House of Congress.
where’s the wall funding?
how much for the wall?
I tried to read the article, but too many popup ads came up
Budget without immigration is where we’re going. Dems not gonna give up that campaign point. This will pass.
This is a problem; the budget issue and continual risk of the shutdown of government every two weeks, that we do NOT need right now!
Put your money where your mouth is and support the Military when it counts!
Stop worrying about your grandkids they are marxists anyway! /sarc
The you know what could be a line item in the DHS budget or DOD spending. They did give the Military extra discretionary funds.
There is only ONE good thing that comes from this agreement!
Neither party can use the “fiscal concern” tactic for political purposes EVER AGAIN!
STOP SPENDING MORE MONEY THAN YOU MAKE! This is Finance 101!!
Typical guns and butter crap sandwich. Democrats get their pet projects funded, but no wall. What a great “compromise” /s
“ummmmmmmmm....Sure, we’ll ‘commit to’ revisit the DACA issue.
“The same way Democrats agree to do everything in the future.”
