That makes him not a natural born citizen.
He may well still be an Indonesian citizen by the name of Barry Soetoro, would be interesting if he still has an Indonesian passport.
If things get too hot in the US, Barry could always go to Indonesia, Kenya, Cuba, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Canada, or anywhere in Western Europe and be safe. Even countries with extradition treaties would refuse to hand him over as long as the evil worse-than-Hitler Donald Trump is President.
