The full implementation of legal cannabis could occur later than July 1, government officials told CBC News Tuesday.

Does the government of Canada need more time to factor in the unintended consequences--like increased numbers of DUI accidents, increased number of children accidental OD's, increased numbers of pets killed or having to be treated for accidental ODs, lower IQs, permanent short-term memory loss, and other negative effects?

Or could it be that the politicians are already doped out and cannot make an intelligent decision?

The same govt that profits from the sales of the toxic, poisonous, and deadly consumables tobacco and ethanol???

No! They are simply trying to pass laws to permanently embed their thumbs in the pie!
