“regulatory rollbacks, mass attrition and budget cuts.” That sounds ominous wonderful.

I hope he takes the EPA all the way back to annihilation, where it belongs.

The Constitution gives the feds NO authority over "environmental" issues. Environmental issues are states' issues.

NUKE THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL EPA!!!

Focusing on your mission, budget, and customers is what businesses do. That has no place in government.

Gov’t employees have their own agendas and Pruitt’s job is to get them a budget to pursue whatever they want. /sarc

The EPA is reaping what it sewed. Bad science, bad management, and total buttkissing to a collection of quota government clowns resulted in their incompetent little *sses being kicked back to the private sector.

Where they will not be hired.

Ditto that, unelected government is tyranny.

wind and solar only 7%, and that’s primarily in .... North Carolina...

Hmmm, was wondering about that. On the way to the beach recently, I noticed that solar farms were springing up like weeds.

Wonder how much of them are subsidized by the Fed?

Well, to be more precise, UNCONSTITUTIONAL government is tyranny.

Get rid of it..the states have there own environmental agencies now..

It was needed in the 1960s when we had dirty water and air..

If you clean the air to much it effects rainfall

Science is not Secretary Pruitt’s background. BUT, he will surround himself with knowledgeable and capable people and do a very good job of running this Agency.

I am familiar with his work as the Oklahoma Attorney General where he approached every issue with passion and with deliberate organization.

Hint:

“Science” has little to do with any EPA policy.

The epa and its employees need their a**es kicked from here to tomorrow. They have subjugated and harassed Americans for decades with their protofascist behaviors and attitudes. I hope he brings complete “Armageddon” to them.

It has been pretty common knowledge that the EPA had become little more than a means to funnel huge amounts of federal cash to numerous left-wing groups. It was an incestuous relationship — at best. The EPA would funnel money to environmental wacko groups who in turn would almost literally write the EPA regs. A lot of Obama’s buddies scored a lot of cash from the EPA.

You are correct, of course. But even lawyers need to learn the “magic words.” Pruitt is a quick study.
