People who invest millions into a business and then turn it over to an idiot to manage never cease to amaze me. This phenomenon is constantly in the news almost weekly at fast food franchises across our country.
Why would a corporation put a sniveling snowflake in charge of their income stream? Naw, I’ll just go to Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn.
You would think, after this happening so often, they would make the rules absolutely clear to managers in training.
A big AMEN to that. I see that mistake everywhere. Its the high level 40 thousand feet consultant CEO attitude of hiring smart people. I say hire people who know their sh!t. Hire someone who knows food and service to run a restaurant not a smart manager.
