People who invest millions into a business and then turn it over to an idiot to manage never cease to amaze me. This phenomenon is constantly in the news almost weekly at fast food franchises across our country.

Why would a corporation put a sniveling snowflake in charge of their income stream? Naw, I’ll just go to Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn.

A big AMEN to that. I see that mistake everywhere. It’s the high level 40 thousand feet consultant CEO attitude of hiring “smart” people. I say hire people who know their sh!t. Hire someone who knows food and service to run a restaurant not a “smart manager”.
