Carter Page: FBI 'shredded' Constitution by eavesdropping on him
ABC "News" ^ | February 6, 2018 | By MATTHEW MOSK

Carter Page, the Trump campaign volunteer who was monitored by the FBI after his visits to Moscow, said he expects to be vindicated as more information about his case is released.

“What I’ve seen thus far is just complete ridiculousness,” Page told George Stephanopoulos on ABC News’ Good Morning America on Tuesday.

Page told ABC News there was “no basis” for the FBI to eavesdrop on him. “It was just shredded – the Constitution.”

Page said the findings in the Nunes memo matched his own long-held belief that the attention on him was politically motivated. He told ABC News he was reminded of a letter he sent to then-FBI Director James Comey in September 2016, after news reports began raising questions about his travels to Russia.

“These desperate and unfounded calls for my investigation as a private citizen to advance political interests based on nothing more than preposterous mainstream media reports is a true disgrace,” he wrote to Comey at the time.

The New York Times has launched an effort to have authorities release the entire application the FBI submitted to a federal court to justify monitoring Page. Page told Stephanopoulos Tuesday morning he “appreciates” that effort.

“I hope they get it,” he said.

Page confirmed to ABC News that he is the individual identified as “Male-1” in a 2015 court document submitted in a case involving the Russian spies.

Which means up until March of 2016 he was still an Employee of the FBI!!!

from March 2016 to October 2016 he suddenly became a Dangerous Spy threatening National Security, and he still has NOT been charged or arrested????

Whoa! Do my eyes deceive? The NYT is actually going to begin doing some serious investigative reporting on the sedition and treason? They must have some ulterior motive here -- this has to be about getting President Trump somehow.

ABC is pretty reckless with the truth today. They’d best watch out some truth might actually dribble out on their network for once.

You forgot the sarc tag
All the “ sanctioned individuals” and Russian agents he met were collection targets in his role as an informant
Im just surprised he confirmed his covert status
If indeed he did

Not only that, but they continued to spy on the Trump team AFTER Carter Page left.

Using the same FISA warrant.

And got it renewed 3 times.

Page was never the target. Trump is, was and always had been the target. Page was the key to open the door, to Trump HQ.

I believe Carter Page was only an EXCUSE for spying on the Trump team

Dan Bongino BRILLIANTLY laid it out on Feb 1 as he subbed on Mark Levin’s show

GO LISTEN TO IT!! www.bongino.com or marklevinshow.com (free)

It is 3 engrossing hours of a brilliantly laid out case, worthy of opening argument in court against Obama/HilLIARy, et al.

Their all chasing Trump with their “He said, she said, we went, he went, they talked, he talked”, and on and on they go.........the end result being NOTHING! It’s time to put this crap in the “sh&t can” (an old Navy saying) and move on. There is NOTHING to chase. Isn’t it time more important things get addressed like the obvious illegal dealings and activities of the demodummies. Someone needs to kick the ball and get THAT game underway.

I seriously doubt that the FBI is the only Agency that keeps or has kept Page on a string. It just seems like there are too many things he’s been on the edges of that could have gotten him in real trouble that but danced away from untouched.

Indeed - other sources indicate Page was undercover FBI source for 4 years. 1-2 months later, FBI claims he’s a Russian spy and use his name to apply for highest level of surveillance to FISA court.

Actually both Brian Ross and Brian Williams - the BRIAN BRIAN REPORT.

Ross: Trump and the GOP did this, that and the other thing.

Williams: Yes. I know because I was there.

Which means up until March of 2016 he was still an Employee of the FBI!!!

He says he was a cooperating witness in an FBI investigation or some Russian businessman...that doesn't make him an FBI employee.

In fact it sounds like he was originally a target in that investigation.

If the FBI themselves admits he was an Undercover Employee and he then confirms it, I see no room for doubt

in May of 2016 he was an Undercover Employee of the FBI and in October he was a dangerous spy threatening National Security, and he has still not been arrested or charged.

https://www.justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/evgeny-buryakov-pleads-guilty-manhattan-federal-court-connection-conspiracy-work

The FBI obtained the recordings after Sporyshev attempted to recruit an FBI undercover employee (“UCE-1”), who was posing as an analyst from a New York-based energy company.

SPY? Really? Nominally maybe but who was buying that routine? The Russians wouldn’t have noticed the Navy part of us background. If he was a spy it was counter intelligence. What a joke.
