With parents and public schools teaching them that it’s ok to be a queer at age 5, it certainly must be confusing. Stay with your own sex and you won’t get cooties.
Teachers want the kids to be anything but boys. Admittedly, boys are difficult at a certain age, but in the end they get the job done. Teachers do not understand that because they all think things get done by committees of women.
