They ruined denver as well I have lived here over 50 years and can’t believe the change
I lived further south and west..It isn’t what it used to be there, either.
I am very glad however, that my family member decided against joining one of the police forces after being offered the job. He went into ranching instead. Thank God. I know first hand what families of police officers contend with. My heart goes out to them with each and every loss.
I was born in Denver. Had to leave to go to Med School during the Dean Sliver fiasco at CU. We used to say we would move home ASAP but in the decades since the visits I have made to see family have convinced me I don’t even want to go anymore. Pity. It used to be heaven. Now it is throughly Californicated. Such a shame.
