On Friday the FBI lost the first big battle in its war to conceal its actions during the 2016 presidential campaign when the White House declassified and the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (“HPSCI”) released its four-page memorandum detailing a pattern of abuse of power by the FBI and senior Department of Justice officials.
The FBI has said the Memo is inaccurate because it doesn’t state all of the relevant facts. Fine. If there is more to see, it should be declassified and disclosed. The Democrats are utterly panicked by the Memo because it clearly undercuts the justification for special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into alleged collusion between Russia and Mr. Trump’s campaign.
Let’s start at the beginning. The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (“FISA”) was enacted to enable U.S. intelligence agencies to intercept written, oral, and every sort of electronic communications by agents of foreign powers (and now terrorist networks) which comprise efforts to commit espionage, sabotage, or terrorism against the U.S. government or its citizens.
The Act functions, in large part, through the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (“FISC”), which approves or disapproves search warrants on the basis of sworn affidavits presented to it, almost always by the FBI, that present probable cause that a person is engaging in intelligence activities against the United States. In the case of a U.S. citizen, the warrant has to show probable cause to believe that the person is the agent of a foreign government or terrorist group and is engaging in criminal conduct.

I read a post on another site that said this FISA court makes Watergate look like a kid stole Life Savers from a grocery store.
But you see Obama Clinton and their DOJ and FBI considered DJT a threat to them as he would disclose their criminal cabal and the party would be over.....FISA justification !

Is immunity granted by a co-conspirator to be honored? Any immunity agreement granted by tainted agencies or employees should, at the least, be open to renegotiation.

At minimum Cheryl Mills needs to be ferreted out of whatever rathole she is hiding in and be brought in for serious questioning. She is a perjury trap on legs.
These second tier guys weren’t doing these action without the blessing of their bosses and the White House. The depth of corruption is stunning!
For what it’s worth, my take is: “This makes Watergate look like a fraternity prank.”

So… I have a few questions that I hope some smart Freepers here can comment on. This morning I flipped over to CNN at about 6:30 am and listened to the two talking heads interview two ladies who carried on with a discussion about the FISA court. Being CNN, the discussion dripped with discrediting Nunes and derisively proclaimed why they thought went on at the FISA court was
‘no big deal’. For one thing, they both claimed that while the dossier may have been one of the documents reviewed by the court, it would only have one document and they tried to give the impression that it would likely have been such a minor document, it was just one of many in the package. Is that the case? The second point they wanted to make had to do with the FISA court judges and they claimed skepticism since the judges for that court are all personally appointed by the Chief Justice of the SCOTUS…. who of course was selected by a Republican president (Bush). What is the pool that Roberts pulls judges from? Comments?
Great legal question, and I don’t think it’s ever been litigated.
If there was fraud on both sides, it probably falls.
All it takes next is for one to roll, and one always does.

Then-Secy Hillary was "soliciting" Clinton Foundation "donations" to somebody directly associated to Hillary's then Counselor and Chief of Staff, Cheryl Mills.
An email has been uncovered that casts some suspicions.
Right after the disastrous Haiti Earthquakes in January 2010, aide and crony, Cheryl Mills, pointed Hillary in the "right direction" by telling her about a proposal that involved help for Haiti......the "proposal" came from Mills' live-in David Domenici, father of her children.
Of course (smirk) Hillary had nothing to do with shady crony activities while she was Secretary of State. And none of her close associates did either.
It was for the good of Humanity.

Hillary Proposes Clinton Foundation $$$ To Cheryl Mills’ Domestic Partner For Haiti Project
Less than a week after the devastating earthquake in Haiti on January 12, 2010, the Secretary of State — in charge of America’s response to the devastating earthquakes in Haiti — requested a proposal from her Chief of Staff, Cheryl Mills about teacher training in Haiti.
Mills dutifully forwarded a multi-million dollar proposal for rebuilding schools in Port-Au-Prince along with developing and training a “Teachers Corps” with 500 American teachers in Haiti.
And guess who the proposal came from? David Domenici, Mills’ husband and the father of her two children. The email gives no indication of any relationship between Mills and Domenici, but his online bio confirms it.
In a January 18, 2010 email, Mills noted; “…here are the ideas for the Haiti Education Corps that you asked for.”
The following day, Hillary wrote back: “Great idea. No surprise. Let’s work toward solid proposal maybe to Red Cross and Clinton Foundation since they have unencumbered $.”
UPDATE: The tax-funded education project Mills connived for her live-in got failing marks in the aftermath of the Haitian $10 billion boondoggle.

The FBI, CIA, the demodummies and the media have had more than ample time to create their rebuttal story, which I judge to be “bogus”.
