Thanks for the link. I bookmarked it. The more I read about the FISA courts, the less confidence I have in them. Ill-equipped or not, the judges' responsibility is to defend the Fourth Amendment and the subject's civil rights. The need to hold the FBI's feet to the fire and put the onus on them to show unequivocally that someone is the agent of a foreign power. There should be some objective criteria to base that on.
This report lays out the abuses yet FISA was reauthorized for another six years.

some time ago. Didn't connect it with Page warrant, Crowdstrike or Fusion GPS at the time.
I'm not of a mind that 702 hasn't been abused. But it has no play in the instant drama. FISA is well viewed as more than one law.
