The cotton farmers do, but they HAVE to spray poisons by federal law (part of the Boll Weevil eradication program that’s like 80 years old—federal programs never seem to die).
Horse and cows can eat it but prefer grass. It does crowd out early spring grasses so animal framers usually spray it, too.
I think Roundup kills it. I don’t spray because it costs a ton—in volume. I’m no environmentalist but I am stingy!

Do some research on Round Up Alas... not only is it expensive , but it is a GMO Ponzi scheme brought on by Zero Insane. His #2 Guy at the EPA was Amazingly hired by Monsanto!
