Trump actually has the legal authority to fire these people...BUT, it would come with a political cost because the MSM and Republican congress is against him.

Sessions could do it but he is one of them. After firing Sessions Trump would need congressional approval for a replacement, but congress would only approve another swamp creature because most of congress is guilty of extortion and racketeering also. The layers of corruption go deep and removing it would be like trying to stop cancer after it has metasticized
