No arrests yet but, at least, Sessions has passed this on to the DOJ-IG for further action. When they’re completed with their investigation, Rosenstein, Comey, and the others named in the memo could be indicted and prosecuted.

They have incredible skill at being able to talk around the most important damaging points without ever mentioning them.
