The American Bar Association is a left-wing voluntary association. It has no state power.

The bar disciplinary counsel of the jurisdictions in which these lawyers practice could sanction them for dishonest conduct.

Someone would have to file complaints with the relevant offices.

I have not heard them make a statement about all the illegal activity going on here. And don’t think that I ever will.
