Why are all of them so against Trump to the point of violence. This is what no one talks about. I believe that Clinton/Obama and all their associates were up to some very serious crimes and perhaps treasonous activities. Trump was the only candidate that was not part of the enabling establishment that would have continued the cover up and illegal activities. This is what makes them hate him so. It's pure fear of the depth of their crimes being discovered. Rubio, Jeb, any of the rest of them would have never gotten any of this exposed.
