Here is the real heavy weight legal threat to the Clintons.
Obstruction of Justice is a RICO crime. I assert that perjury for the sake of obtaining an illegal warrant is defacto obstruction. Since more than 2 such occurrences has happened in the last 10 years, RICO can come into play.
If investigated as a RICO crime, through the office of special prosecutor, you now can include the DNC / Clinton campaign as they financially aided the crime via paying for the memo. This could be the start of a whole lot of intense investigations into the Clinton crime cabal.
Does someone in the DOJ have the balls to appoint a special prosecutor with the backbone to go after this? We shall see, and we will be watching.
