Brennan’s goons likely set up the tapping which was used to indict Flynn for speaking to a Russia ambassador! That occurred between time he was selected by Trump for a position and Trump getting Comgressional approval, as a Logan Act violation ... technically, it was not since Trump was already sworn in as President and Trump CAN and SHOULD not only pardon Flynn, but rehire him and erase the indictment made under false pretenses.
And let's not forget to make Flynn whole again. All legal fees, lost wages and monitary compensastion for dammage to his reputation, as well as interest lost on all the money while this has been dragging on.
