Actually, the FISA court would not approve as first presented. The FBI had to take back the request and they then re-submitted, excluding materials of truth that would have cause the court to reject the requests ... the whole proposed sting was being orchestrated and required hiding facts from the FISA court.

Ah. I missed that...that (they deceived the court) makes some sense. I didn’t know that...has it been public information for some time?

The FISA court judge, being in on the scheme, knew exactly what should be excluded on the re-submission to cover his/her Obama. Essentially, he/she advised the petitioners on how to edit the request so that it would be acceptable. Maybe the FISA court judge is a major player here.
