If Mark Levin is right on this (and I assume he would be, as he was the Chief of Staff for Edwin Meese and handled these kinds of communications) it should have been included in the daily briefing for the President.
Unless it was not disclosed to the White House because of his relationship with the person being surveilled.
I admit I don’t know how this works.
Three times lies were used to get FISA approval: first during Trump’s run for nomination, after trump was the candidate running for the election, then AFTER HE WAS THE PRESIDENT ELECT!
