Just to be clear, I wasn’t suggesting being polite and respectful would give Sessions a pass for not doing his job.

I was suggesting that you can’t infer that Sessions thinks of Rosenstien as an ally simply because he said some nice things about him in public.

DOJ has been shown to be hopelessly conflicted vis-a-vis the Mueller probe. Sessions is ineffective and should resign immediately.

A distinguishing personality trait with which today's lynch mob in here is either unfamiliar or underestimating.

As one who can be a bit of a hothead at times, it's a quality that I often admire, and sometimes envy.
