Rosenstein LIED to a FISA Judge. Its a clear cut crime, fire his ass.
Rosenstein is alleged to have lied. There’s a memo detailing the allegations. The memo is not enough to convict. The crime needs to be properly investigated, probably requiring another counsel, then he can be sentenced. Just as importantly they can reform FISA to make it harder to abuse, or dump the secret FISA court and use regular courts.
Apparently there were numerous FISA authorizations, I read that they had to renew every 90 days. My question is who is the “authority” that has signed off on each of these authorizations?
