I guess we can consider ourselves fortunate in some sense for having lived to see such a dramatic reversal in the role of the media (and other institutions). Will the pendulum swing back in our lifetimes? If so, today may be the point on the arc where the direction starts to reverse.
My great fear is that so many people under 35 appear to be completely politically brainwashed. They’ve consumed all the Kool-Aid on climate change, income inequality, virtue signaling, etc. etc. etc. Maybe some hope for the ones coming up behind them? Hope we don’t die-off too soon.
