A Tennessee father who says a defective guardrail killed his 17-year-old daughter is trying to get President Donald Trumps attention during the Super Bowl.
Dead teen billed for guardrail that killed her Dead teen billed for guardrail that killed her Steve Eimers bought a 30-second pre-game ad to run on a West Palm Beach affiliate, gambling that Trump will be at Mar-a-Lago. Game time ads cost about $5 million if running nationally on NBC. But in his $1,000 PSA aimed only at West Palm Beach, Eimers says Trumps alleged concerns about guardrail safety during a discussion of his $1.5 trillion infrastructure proposal are valid.

but they wouldn’t take an ad from the veterans?
This is a local ad running on a Palm Beach station for $1K. The vet ad was to run on the national NBC/NFL feed.
Wait a minute. The guy says Trumps concerns are valid.
Different venues - this is a TV ad in the local time slot. The veterans’ ad was a print ad in the Super Bowl game magazine that’s sold at the stadium.
The veteran ad was to be a print ad in the SB program, not a TV ad.
A trillion dollar stimulus is a union dream. The NFL loves unions and participates in Union slavery. They, and every leftie in the country, can’t wait for that Trillion in taxpayer dollars. Unions are money launderers for the left. Imagine California’s Slice of the pie.
When I read drunken with power, things like stimulus come to mind. It will fund Maxine waters, moonbeam brown, et al.
It feeds the Corruptocracy. I bet every project has to have an environmental impact study.. so that gets funded along with the same forty feet they took 5years to pave with Obamas shovel ready jobs.
How did it happen, texting and driving?
I caught that too. They have to make everything, especially the headlines, slanted against President Trump even when the story might be favorable. The masses only see the headlines.
Thanks. I assumed TV. Was it DAV? They should use the money they would have spent on the NFL program for some local/regional ads.
Sorry, I don’t recall which organization tried to place the ad.
A different lawsuit against the same guardrail end terminal manufacturer was dismissed last September. The Court of Appeals decision explains the whole thing. It is long, but you will know everything about this issue if you read it. (The whole scam was cooked up by 60 Minutes and CBS.)

In Pennsylvania they are now legally required to be referred to as “guiderails” and not “guardrails”.
This after a series of high-profile liability cases in which ambulance chasers argued that the rails should have “guarded” the driver from smashing through them at 80 MPH.
My thought exactly....
The NFL is burying itself.
IF Brady was NOT playing, I wouldn’t watch one single minute on Sunday. Only He & Aaron Rodgers can draw me to the TV anymore.
