The Rasmussen Reports poll which President Trump tweets about as being the most accurate has the exact same findings for today as the Survey Monkey poll: 45% approve and 53% disapprove.

And Blue America weighs him down. I calculate him at 56 in the Magenta states.
Hopefully the 53% will send their paycheck extra crumbs back to the US Treasury as alms for the truly needy
Rasmussen is a rolling 3 day average poll. There are 1500 polled @ 500 per day. The results you posted include responses from 500 of the 1500 and are for one day after the south speech.
Yesterday’s polling will be reported today and the final 500 will be reported next Tuesday (Rasmussen does not poll on weekends)
