I may be wrong, but this is what I understand:

The memo was never going to be released by the White House. It was to be reviewed by the WH, then, because it was a legislative memo, it was to be released by the Intelligence Committee to the public.

Also, I heard someone in the FBI say that Wray was a real supporter of FBI agents...perhaps too much support. If I worked in a bank, I would want my boss to support me, but not the embezzler down the hall. Wray has placed his loyalties in the wrong people.

These agents involved deserve all the publicity and outrage I hope they receive.
