This is the FBI. We're not talking about spies in Moscow, we're talking about agents appearing before courts.
Keep the names, there are no national security impacts of FBI agents who testify in federal courts.

So, at one minute to midnight in this process, the FBI reveals the real reason they are so afraid of the release of this memo. It’s not because of the damage it will do to the reputation of the FBI & the DOJ, but because of the damage it will do to individuals in the upper echelons of the FBI & the DOJ.
So, if the names are redacted from the memo, will that protect these individuals from prosecution? If it doesn’t, then their names will quickly be known by everyone anyway.
Therefore, I conclude that this demand is the first step of their self-protection plan to avoid prosecution.

Bullshiite. Release the memo in its entirety and release it NOW.

Brilliant move on the part of Wray and Trump
Wray gets internal FBI credit for aggressively defending the FBI as an institution while at the same time documenting the FBI/DOJ Obama hold over dead enders continuing desire to obstruct and cover up.
This helps build PR drama in the build up for the release
Of course, there is no way in heck that Nunes or Congress is going to redact the names of the guilty at FBI and DOJ so all this does is highlight FBI malfeasance and increase the public perception of an extensive DOJ/FBI cover up of Obama era abuses of power

What good is a memo without names? So the FBI/DOJ wants more “omissions”, not less...

Wray wants only “the” and “and” to not be redacted. Wray is outing himself as a Deep State Swamp Rat.

What purpose would this memo serve if all the names were redacted? Does this jerk think it would absolve the guilty from their crimes against this nation? Get rid of this clown, tout de suite.

Redacting the names would be a “factual omission.” I thought the FBI/DoJ didn’t want factual omissions?

The public has an absolute right to know who did what, in minute detail.
Those calling for names to be hidden are trying to save their own behinds from consequences they have earned.
