Schiff...is scared of this memo, and knows it expose flaws in the Democrats.

It goes well beyond exposing “flaws”. The Dems are TERRIFIED that this whole thing could unravel and expose an entrenched cabal led by higher ups. They are OK with sacrificing a few “soldiers” but they fear the firewall being breeched by suddenly talkative people who are facing serious indictments.
They are desperately trying to put out the fire before it spreads out of control.
It may go deeper than that. I believe our justice system, the FBI and AG under Obama compromised our entire system beyond repair.
