Nothing slow about Nunes. He saw the information last year and reported it to the WH. Adam Schiff is the one you brought up the Ethics complaint. This matter would have been over by last summer if Sessions would have done his job. he left Nunes all alone.
I have been Nunes #1 fan for some time. However, what he reported to the press back then was that the surveillance of Trump he found had nothing to do with Russia. Hence, it was outside of any warrant to unmask based on Foreign (the F in FISA) communication, which wouldn't have covered it, making it extremely illegal.
Now however, the leaks on the memo claim it is only based on the FISA warrant to surviel Carter Page, based on Page's contacts with Russians. What happened to the surveillance of Trump that had nothing to do with Russia? Did that ever exist? Why is it not in the memo? Hopefully it will be, but so far this seems to be a watering down of what actually may have happened. By multiple parties.
