“... the original FISA judge ‘was summarily recused’ ...”

Which judge was this?

Judge Rudolph Contreras handled the case when Flynn entered a plea deal on Dec 1. The case was reassigned to Judge Emmet G. Sullivan on December 7. The courts said it was a “random reassignment,” which is like invoking “state secret” or “classified.” In other words, somebody is dirty, and the institution won’t come clean of it’s own volition.

Contreas was recused - he’s on the FISC and it’s considered that either a Judge on the FISA Court was bamboozled with a bogus warrant or the highest courts in the land are corrupt (or both!). After Flynn’s plea was received by Contreas and Congress then heard testimony that called the warrant into question, Judge Contreas was recused by the Court (with or without possible intervention by SCOTUS Chief Justice John Roberts who oversees the FISC and himself placed 4 previously Clinton / Obama judges on the Court) - without any further explanation.
