If you read very carefully the Grassley thread by @davenyvii on Twitter, you will see a copy of that Ethics Complaint. I was astonished to see it myself.
However, I’m not interested in more conspiracies. We’ll soon get more info than can be digested per the IG Report on DOJ. 1.2 million pages of raw data has been delivered to the House.
