Civil suits have nothing to do with criminality.
The DOJ/FBI illegally obtained private tax information from the IRS. Crimes were committed and they were never prosecuted.

Cannot be reopened if there has been a court decision in the matter.
I don't recall any final determination, just an assumption that the court went along with the DOJ decision to not further prosecute.
Settled with the claimants, not the perps. He might have laid the groundwork for prosecution.

Maybe as this discovery was hidden these civil suits and the negotiations were flawed... I don’t care .... just file CRIMINAL complaints ..
